Gimpy and I spend two weeks exploring Morocco. We visit Casablanca, Fez, Marrakech and the Sahara Desert. I then take the long way home spending a few days in Bahrain before heading home via Asia.
My first big trip of 2023 sees me head to Asia! Primarily Japan to visit the Sapporo Snow Festival. In addition to exploring the land of the rising sun, I also visit Jakarta and check flying on the world’s longest flight off my bucket list!
My last trip of 2023 sees me in the Benelux region of Europe! I spend a little under two weeks exploring the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg.
In 2022 a few of us made our first international Post Pandemic trip to Maui. We spend a week enjoying the sun, sand, food and lots and lots of Acai Bowls!
In the fall of 2022 I make a small solo trip to Ireland. This has been on my list for several years and while it is a short trip, I’m able to pack in three cities, three breweries/distilleries, tons of rolling green hills and some amazing geological features!
Our first trip since the Pandemic started. We take a two week trip to the East Coast of Canada and visit the Maritime provinces
After cancelling most of the trip due to the pandemic, I set out with the sole purpose of simply flying the “world’s best first class”, Emirates. This once in a lifetime experience is one I won’t forget for a very long time.
In early 2020, I take an ambitious trip to visit Singapore, Australia, New Zealand and Taiwan. You can read the entire blog, or skip to my wrap up of the trip at the end here.
I join Cactoose and Vino for the Thailand portion of their South East Asia trip. I then head over to Malaysia for a day before heading home.
2019 sees The Sister, FunkyCat, Gimpy and I fly south in December to Panama! We explore some tropical islands, see the panama canal and even get shaken down by a cop!
Gimpy and I took a short trip to visit a friend in Montreal in early 2019. While winters in Montreal are no joke, exploring this wonderful city can not be understated!
In 2019 Vino, Cactoose, FunkyCat, Lebron, Antetokounmpo and I spend a week relaxing in Hawaii. We rented places where we chilled and explored this paradise!
Gimpy and I spend two weeks in Turkey before joining Vino for a pretty awesome road trip through the beautiful country of Croatia in 2018.
Suzy and I head to Korea for the 2018 Winter Olympics! We spend time enjoying the Olympic festivities, but also exploring Seoul and its surroundings!
In 2017, my friends FunkyCat and Salmonella travel to the land of the rising sun. We spend two weeks in Japan exploring Tokyo, Okinawa, Miyazaki and Osaka.
2017 sees Photos and I make a trip down under to visit our friend Physio! We travel to Australia with stops in Sydney, Ayers Rock, Tasmania, Melbourne, Airlie Beach, The Whitsunday Islands and the Great Barrier Reef.
In 2016 Gimpy, Muscles and I set off on an African Safari in South Africa, visit the glitz and glamour of the United Arab Emirates and travel back in time exploring Egypt.
2015 saw two friends and I step food on the frozen continent: Antarctica! Along the way we also visit parts of Argentinia including Buenos Aires, Iquazu Falls and Ushuaia.
In 2013 the Sister and I embarked on an ambitious “Sibling Trip” through Scandinavia and Iceland. Join us for our month long trip through some of the best parts of Northern Europe.
In 2012 my immediate family and I visited the UK to attend our cousin’s wedding! Following the festivities, we headed south to spend a few weeks in Europe!
